ORGANIZATIONAL COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORS IN RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGERIAL TRUST AND EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION

چکیده

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between managerial trust and counterproductive behaviors at organizational level evaluate with contribution emotional exhaustion(burnout). burnout obvious in context relevant literature. Evaluating change course hotel employees presenting findings literature are among most basic objectives. From point view, data collected from 205 people who working 4 5 star hotels operating Konya/Turkey selected by easy sampling method were analyzed help statistical package programs SPSS-Process Macro-Bootstraping method. Negative significant (path a) level; b) exhaustion behaviors; positive insignificant c) exhaustion; lastly indirect mediator effect has been detected as results/findings research. These results may be especially useful for supervisors managers improve increase an organization interpret employees’ various behaviors.
